Pope suggests: Elements of Islam maybe violent.. Call for Muslims to Kill Pope

Somali cleric calls for pope's death

A HARDLINE cleric linked to Somalia's powerful Islamist movement has called for Muslims to "hunt down" and kill Pope Benedict XVI for his controversial comments about Islam.

Religion of Peace???

Sheikh Abubukar Hassan Malin urged Muslims to find the pontiff and punish him for insulting the Prophet Mohammed and Allah in a speech that he said was as offensive as author Salman Rushdie's novel The Satanic Verses.

"We urge you Muslims wherever you are to hunt down the Pope for his barbaric statements as you have pursued Salman Rushdie, the enemy of Allah who offended our religion," he said in Friday evening prayers.

"Whoever offends our Prophet Mohammed should be killed on the spot by the nearest Muslim," Malin, a prominent cleric in the Somali capital, told worshippers at a mosque in southern Mogadishu.

"We call on all Islamic Communities across the world to take revenge on the baseless critic called the pope," he said.

Reached by telephone on Saturday, Malin confirmed making the remarks that were echoed in less strident form by other senior clerics in the Supreme Islamic Council of Somalia (SICS).

Another SICS executive member, Sheikh Ahmed Abdullahi, vented similar anger at the pope's "barbarous criticism" but stopped short of calling for his murder.

"He must apologise because he has offended the most honorable person who ever lived in the world," Abdullahi said.

The German-born leader of the Roman Catholic Church has been condemned in the Muslim world for comments he made at a Tuesday lecture, in which he implicitly denounced links between Islam and violence, particularly with reference to jihad, or "holy war."

The pope also quoted a 14th-century Byzantine emperor who said innovations introduced by the Prophet Mohammed were "evil and inhuman."

Somalia, a Horn of Africa nation of some 10 million mainly moderate Muslims, has been wracked by instability for the past 16 years but has recently seen the rise of fundamentalist Islamists who seized the capital in June.

No Thanks, I think I'll head in this direction

I went for a walk around the native bushland that surrounds my house.

I felt like I needed to clear my head.

Seeing the violence on the TV from the war was disturbing,
living in Australia of course meant that the violence
did not present any tangible threat to my own safety,
but never the less it was troubling.

I came across another violence in the last week.

A far more subtle violence, yet more insidious.

More evasive.

More intangible.

A violence that can be just as dangerous to one self as living in a warzone.

In fact it could be called the 'other war zone'.

What have I done online this week?

I blogged about Surviving being dead.
[Violent theme]

and..about Gilad Shalit's release
[Another form of violence]

and..about the Fog of War
[somewhat violent]

and.. about Old Entebbe Terminal
[violent element but with a remembrance theme]

and.. about Releasing the prisoners 'without' blood on their hands
[Violent - in the not too distant future for sure]

and.. how an Al Qaida cell targeted the Oslo Synagogue
[Violent]

and.. about Hezbollah Demands Release of a Terrorist Child Murderer
[Very violent theme, very evil individual]

and.. Is this the Dawson Campus Shooter?
[Very Violent, psychopathic anger]

I then proceeded to read the online journal of this man, Kimveer Gill.

and came to the conclusion (if you can 2 days later..?)
that he was a Columbine Copy Cat
[Very Violent, psychopathic anger]

A Personal Journal that is in reality a personal voyage into pure hatred.

Full of Anger.. Full of Violence.. Full of hate.. Full of Despair

Full of the most extreme negativity and admiration for violence.

I pride my self on being objective.

Thinking Like a surgeon.

I don't like the sign of blood but I deal with it.

The blood, the gore it's necessary to get to a positive result.

I imagine you disassociate yourself from the gore
when your operating, and do the best you can.

Where's the positive result in reading the Kimveer Gill's Journal?

I disassociated myself from Kimveer Gill's gore
whilst I was reading. In an attempt to come to an understanding. Of how an individual could fall so far into the abyss. I used my best flash light I had, my intellect and
stared into the darkness looking for the ultimate meaning.

There was none.

Only the realisation that thousands of adolescents
are on this same particular forum all trying
to out do each others hate, and sociopathy.

I need a shower.

I have a feeling next week I might just blog about
things a little more positive and non violent.

Seems my best flash light might not be my intellect,
but rather something else.

It might just be knowing from within whats dark and light.

Whats right and wrong.

I'm not blogging as late on this Friday afternoon.

I'm going for another walk.........

Good Shabbos

Al - Qaida cell targeted Oslo Synagogue Is this representing a new strategy?

An al-Qaida-linked Algerian terror cell that was broken up by Italian police last fall was planning to carry out attacks on targets in Oslo, Norway, including the city's main synagogue.

Anne Sender, president of Norway's Jewish community, told The Jerusalem Post during a telephone interview from Oslo that local authorities had informed her shortly after the suspects were arrested in November that there existed a credible terrorist threat against the synagogue.

The plot came to light only this week in the wake of a report on Monday in the Norwegian Verdens Gang (VG) newspaper.

"At the time, we were informed by the government that some people had been caught in Italy and that police had found plans indicating that they were targeting the synagogue in Oslo," Sender said.

She added that the threat was considered sufficiently serious that, in its wake, Norwegian police decided to adopt additional, unspecified measures to boost security at the synagogue.
[Click Mr Bagel to Read more!]

The terrorists, who resided in Italy but were allegedly plotting attacks against sites in Oslo, belonged to an Algerian-based group known as the GSPC, a French acronym which stands for the Salafist Group for Call and Combat.

The GSPC, which has links to al-Qaida, is a splinter faction that broke away from Algeria's Armed Islamic Group in 1996.

Sender praised Norwegian police, but nonetheless expressed concern over the community's security with the approach of the High Holidays.

"To be honest, I do think people are a bit nervous now," she said. "We have good contact and cooperation with the police, but we need to be prepared and to put more security measures in place."

In the past few months, Oslo has been the scene of a number of anti-Semitic and anti-Zionist incidents, including an attack on the synagogue last month, where an unknown perpetrator smashed glass windows and scrawled graffiti on the site after defecating near the entrance.

"99 percent of the time it is fine, it is safe, and there is no problem at all, but we do have these incidents," added Sender. "Maybe we are a little naive, but we always seem to think that Norway is separate, that it is different and that it is unaffected by what goes on in the rest of the world."

BB: What has to be a serious concern is the apparent targeting of a synagogue that would be considered a 'soft target'. This Synagogue would not have been thought to be at 'great' risk. There has been a spate of Anti Semitism attacks in Norway recently, nothing to indicate the need for a major heightened awareness.

Norway has been actively acting against Israel's interests of late, but despite the position Norway is taking in this regard, the targeting of the Oslo Synagogue by Al Qaida has come as a shock.

Is this representing the start of a new strategy in Al -Qaida and related terrorism?

The Lunacy in releasing Palestinian terrorists...

Report from Arutz Sheva

Released Prisoners Later Carried Out Fatal Attacks

A terror victims group published a report Thursday on Arab security prisoners "without blood on their hands," who were released by Israel and returned to prison with "much blood on their hands."

The report, by the Almagor Terror Victims Association, demonstrates that at least 14 of the major terrorist attacks in recent years were carried out by terrorists released from prison in the context of various "good will gestures" and Israeli prisoner deals. All of them were released with assurances to the public that they did not have "blood on their hands," - a euphemism for those prisoners whose deadly attacks failed to prove fatal.

Between the years 1993-1999, in the context of "confidence building measures" and prisoner deals, Israel released 6,912 terrorists. 854 of them (14%) were arrested subsequently for murder, attempted or otherwise. There are no statistics available for those who returned to non-fatal terrorist activities, instruction or logistical support.

"The mass killing due to these attacks included 123 murdered Israeli citizens, a huge number of victims with disabilities due to the attack and many other victims," the report concludes. "In all the previous death-bargains, the overwhelming majority of those released returned to terrorist activities, at the cost of a huge destruction of life."

A sampling of the report:

Karim Ratteb Younis Awis - released in the context of a 'good will gesture':

Ramez Sali Abu Salim - released February 20, 2003:
* Just seven months after release, on September 9: Blew himself up at Jerusalem's Caf' Hillel, murdering David Shimon Avizdris, Yehiel Emil Toubol, Shafik Karem, Alon Mizrachi, Gila Moshe, Dr. David Yaakov Appelbaum and his daughter Nava - one the eve of her wedding.

Nidal Salameh - released during Israel-PA talks in 1999:
* Following his release he took leadership role in PFLP terrorist group - responsible for southern Gaza. Oversaw dozens of attacks.

Louei Raad Barghouti - released August 2003 as "good-will gesture" to Mahmoud Abbas:
* Planned and oversaw attack at Tzrifin IDF base bus stop, murdering eight.
* Involved in planning of Caf' Hillel attack.

Morad Kawasme - released January 29, 2004 in return for kidnapped Israeli Elchanan Tenenbaum and the bodies of three missing soldiers:
* Became senior Hamas commander in Hevron and shot at soldiers who came to arrest him after he oversaw several attacks.

The report was dispatched to Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Defense Minister Amir Peretz, Chief of Staff Dan Halutz and interim Justice Minister Meir Sheetrit.

The umbrella organization is made up of families of slain terror victims and others affected personally by Islamic terrorism in Israel. They are issuing a call to the government to refuse to release terrorists in return for the three IDF soldiers being held by Hamas and Hizbullah.

Hezbollah Demands Release of Terrorist Child Murderer in Exchange for Captured Soldiers

"Hezbollah said it will not release two captured Israeli soldiers until Israel releases a Lebanese man jailed for the 1979 murder of an Israeli family.
Mahmoud Kamati, a senior official of the Lebanese terrorist group, told an Israeli Arabic language newspaper that Samir Kuntar's release was a condition for the release of two soldiers captured on July 12 in a cross-border raid, Ha'aretz reported on Friday. The raid and a series of rocket attacks launched the 34-day Israel-Hezbollah war in Lebanon this summer."

[Click Mr Bagel to Read more!]

A little reminder of who Kuntar is and what he did is instructive about the motives of Hezbollah, as if we needed the reminder. Here is an account from Bradley Burston in the online edition of the Israeli Newspaper Haaretz, in a column that actually argues for Kuntar's release as part of a prisoner exchange:

In 1979, Kuntar led a group of gunmen on an attack in Nahariya, during which broke into an apartment and took hostage Danny Haran, 28, and his four-year-old daughter, Einat.
"I will never forget the joy and the hatred in their voices as they swaggered about hunting for us, firing their guns and throwing grenades," Danny's wife, Smadar, wrote three years ago in an account in the Washington Post, describing in part how she hid from the terrorists with her other daughter, Yael, just two.
"I knew that if Yael cried out, the terrorists would toss a grenade into the crawl space and we would be killed. So I kept my hand over her mouth, hoping she could breathe. As I lay there, I remembered my mother telling me how she had hidden from the Nazis during the Holocaust. "This is just like what happened to my mother," I thought.
"As police began to arrive, the terrorists took Danny and Einat down to the beach. There, according to eyewitnesses, one of them shot Danny in front of Einat so that his death would be the last sight she would ever see. Then he smashed my little girl's skull in against a rock with his rifle butt. That terrorist was Samir Kuntar.
"By the time we were rescued from the crawl space, hours later, Yael, too, was dead. In trying to save all our lives, I had smothered her."

The contrast between Kuntar and the Israeli hostage prisoners, Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev, could not be more stark. Goldwasser and Regev are soldiers who were kidnapped by Hezbollah in an unprovoked military raid across an internationally recognized border, accompanied by indiscriminate shelling of Israeli towns. The sole purpose of that raid was to take hostages to use in a prisoner exchange to release people such as Kuntar.

Kuntar is a cold-blooded murderer who shot a man to death in front of his 4-year old daughter, so that would be her last living sight, and then bludgeoned her to death.

I hope that I feel as much compassion for the Goldwasser and Regev families as anyone else; but to release such a man will simply invite more such kidnappings and hostage taking.

Samir Kuntar has been promised release by Nasrallah by the end of the year, and I feel in essence the entire war is due to Nasrallah's egoist determination in having this murderer released.

In effect Nasrallah's desperation for Samir Kuntar's release is due to his egotism in promising he would be released by the years end.

Samir Kuntar's release was demanded when TWA flight 847 was hijacked in 1985, American Robert Dean Stethem a U.S. Navy Diver was callously murdered and thrown out the window of the Airplane.

This is the very same man the Hezbollah demanded be released when they Hijacked the Achille Laura, the Wheel Chair bound American Jew Leon Klinghoffer was thrown overboard- because he was Jewish.

This mans hate has festered into the death of hundreds if not thousands of people, it has been the major cause of the latest war with Hezbollah.

This man should never be released.

There should be absolutely no prospect of this man ever being released, the fact that Nasrallah was willing to risk the inevitable armed conflict that would arise when he first attacked Israel is a testament to the importance of this man to Hezbollah.

He will be welcomed home a hero, for the sake of Justice, the dignity of his victims, he should never being released.

It is symptomatic of the sickness of Hezbollah and Palestinian society, that they can for one moment justify appeals for his release. Why does Kuntar's official website state he is a prisoner:

"for killing several Israelis in a raid on northern Israel."

He didn't just kill an Israeli he killed a 4 year old Israeli girl by smashing her skull, after shooting her father in front of her. This Man is Evil and any one that tries to win his freedom is just as evil.

To release this man is to disrespect the very sacrifice our brave soldiers have made.

To release this man is to hand Nasrallah the Justification he so desperately wants for his stupidity in attacking Israel.

We cannot release this man, to do so, means we betray everything we stand for.

The UN cease-fire ending the Lebanon war called for the soldiers' unconditional release, Israel has abided by the Cease Fire, why is Kofi Annan now offering to negotiate???

There is nothing to negotiate!!!

Entebbe Terminal to be torn down.

The old terminal in Entebbe, where Israeli commandos in 1976 rescued Israeli hostages being held from an Air France flight, will be torn down today, Tuesday, officials in Entebbe reported on Monday.
A museum dedicated to that rescue and the hostages is expected to be built on the location.

The mission, originally dubbed Operation Thunderbolt by the Israeli military, was renamed Operation Yonatan in honour of Netanyahu - elder brother of Binyamin Netanyahu, who was Israel's Prime Minister from 1996 to 1999.

The raid continues to be source of pride for the Israeli public, and many of the participants went on to high office in Israel's military and political establishment.
The 30th anniversary was recently marked in 2006.

The 'Smog of War' or a 'smokescreen of sloppiness' ?

Bagelblogger - Always Fresh
[Click Mr Bagel to Read the report!]

The Guardian's Readers' Editor, Ian Mayes, responds to Zombietime and HonestReporting criticism of reporter Suzanne Goldenberg's coverage of the Red Cross ambulance incident. Mayes writes:

What the zombietime website, which takes issue with both of these Australian rebuttals, does show is a fairly large number of inconsistencies and anomalies in the reporting and pictorial coverage of the event across the media: whether these are larger in number than might normally be expected to occur in reporting from a war zone is a matter for conjecture. A Guardian picture archivist with a special interest in images from areas of conflict, who carried out extensive research for me, concluded that there was cause for doubt about the nature of the munitions involved and the manner of their delivery, but not in the reality of the attack. Suzanne Goldenberg told me: "I remain confident that the story was true." She points out that she and Sean Smith reported the story first hand and independently and did not rely on what purported to be amateur video footage of the incident.

taken from Backspin

That's a Guardian white wash. The essence of the mis reporting isn't that the ambulance was involved in errant military fire, or injuries didn't result, the essence is exactly what it was trumped up to represent. The hole thru the cross was trumped up to signify a deliberate precision targeting of the Red Cross ambulance itself.

This was used as a signifier of the barbarism of the Israeli armed forces' at the time it was an incredibly strong [misrepresented] image. The strength of the message, its subtleness may now seem less apparent but at the time this very story was whipping frothy mouthed anti Israeli Zealots around the world.

Its amazing in the so called 'fog of war' how many inaccuracies were against Israel, for them to be true ' fog inaccuracies' as the Guardian would like to infer then they would have been far more randomly distributed.

The same 'fog of war' didn't seem to imped the devastatingly fast sending and recieving of these images, if any thing it seemed to streamline the editorial process, drop your objectivity boys we have a war on, a war of Press Scoops, and first to the press.

I'm so sick of seeing pathetic Journalism with even more pathetic excuses:
"well it was 'mainly' right its just the numbers were [grossly] wrong."

If the Media had been in charge of targeting instead of reporting, the casuality count would have been in the the millions not just over a thousand. But this would have been alright, because all those accidentally 'Journalised' people could read a pathetic excuse for why Journalists should be trusted to convey information honestly.

As for the Amateur 'footage' showing the ambulance roof damaged by a ' direct Israeli Missile' which was played across British and Australian Television for days (Especially as a News intro), surely the fact it was 'Amateur' footage should have been a red flag to the media rather than a green flag, 'a race to see who can show it first, and then make a retraction later if we have to.'

The Media relies on the 'fog of war' to act as a coverall for sloppy Journalism that would normally not see the light of day on the better media outlets.

Under the guise of the 'fog of war' we have to tolerate even sloppier Journalism and put up with the 'Smog of propaganda'.

I dont know what's worse the Photo shopped Smog or the White Washed aftermath.

A Little bit of History on Agent 86
[aka Maxwell Smart]

Don Adams, star of the 1960s spy parody series Get Smart, died September 25 2005, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The actor succumbed to a lung infection, though he had been in ill health since breaking a hip a year ago. He was 82.

Adams was born to Hungarian-Jewish parents in New York City on April 13, 1923. He joined the Marines in World War II, and after the war he became a Marine drill instructor. He made a living as an artist in New York city before stumbling upon his niche: comedy.

He began performing stand-up comedy in New York nightclubs and became half of a short-lived comedy duo. His talent for mimicry got him some spots on late-night talk shows and eventually landed him a role on Arthur Godfrey's Talent Scouts, an early television sketch comedy/variety show. After Talent Scouts, he became a regular on The Perry Como Show.

In 1965, comedy giants Mel Brooks and Buck Henry were shopping a series to the networks about a bumbling spy named (or numbered) Agent 86, aka Maxwell Smart...who was anything but. Smart battled the forces of the evil KAOS along with his partner, Agent 99, and a host of wacky gadgets, including a shoe that housed a phone, a telephone booth that was secretly an elevator, and a finger that doubled as a gun, to name but a few.

NBC wanted the show but insisted that Brooks and Henry cast Adams in the role of Smart. For once, network suits had it right, and Get Smart became a hit comedy as well as a lasting pop-culture icon. The show ran for five years and launched the Smart phrases "Would you believe?"; "Missed it by that much!"; and "Sorry about that, Chief!" into the American lexicon.

After the show ended its run, Adams guest-starred on many popular shows, including Love Boat, Fantasy Island, and The Fall Guy.

In 1980, a film version of Get Smart was released to poor reviews and equally poor box-office receipts. Titled The Nude Bomb, it pitted Agent Smart against a sadistic maniac whose plan was to destroy the world's clothing. Agent 99's Barbara Feldon was traded up to Agent 34's Sylvia Kristel. The film grossed an amemic $14.6 million, and everyone involved lost their shirts.

In 1983, Adams voiced the title character of the animated series Inspector Gadget, itself a quasi-parody of Get Smart. Adams imbued Gadget's catchphrase, "Go, go Gadget [insert Inspector Gadget gadget here]!" with a Smart amount of mirth and mischeviousness that helped Gadget become one of the top animated hits of the time period.

In 1995, Fox aired a reimagined Get Smart series that lasted seven episodes.

Like many actors who create such a memorable character, Adams felt both grateful for and hemmed in by Get Smart's legacy.

"It was a special show that became a cult classic of sorts, and I made a lot of money for it," he said in a 1995 interview. "But it also hindered me career-wise, because I was typed."

Classic lines fromGet Smart:

CHIEF: Max, this will undoubtedly be the most dangerous mission you've ever hone on. You probably won't get back alive.
MAX: If you're trying to scare me, Chief, you're wasting your time. I don't know the meaning of the word fear.
CHIEF: You'll parachute from 6 thousand feet.
MAX: I think I just learned it.

MAX: I'm getting complaints from the landlord about the fun battles in the hall, and the bombs in the lobby, and the knife fights in the elevator.
CHIEF: Well, when you rent an apartment to a secret agent, you've got to expect those things.
MAX: But he doesn't know I'm a secret agent.
CHIEF: Well, how do you explain people attacking you and shooting at you?
MAX: Well, I told him I work for the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

MAX: I'm sorry I'm late, Chief, but I was stuck in the car for almost 20 minutes.
CHIEF: I know, 86. The traffic.
MAX: No, the seat belt. I can never get that darn thing unbuckled.
CHIEF: Max, I don't know what I'm going to do with you. You bungle assignment after assignment.
MAX: I resent that, Chief.
CHIEF: Do you deny it?
MAX: No, but I resent it.

CHIEF: There's no telling where they'll be able to infiltrate next. Maybe eve the Pentagon.
MAX: You're right, Chief, but even in they do get a man into the Pentagon, that's not saying he'll be able to get out. I remember one of our own agents was lost in there for 3 days.
CHIEF: 3 days? Max, no agent could be that confused.
MAX: Well, let me see, I went in on a Friday...

SENATOR: Mr. Smart, how many arrests did Control make last year?
MAX: I don't know.
SENATOR: Who's the #1 man in your organization?
MAX: I don't know.
SENATOR: How many cases were assigned to Control last year?
MAX: I don't know.
SENATOR: What would you do if you were fired, Mr. Smart.
MAX: They can't fire me.
SENATOR: And why is that?
MAX: I know too much.

99: Max, that was wonderful. How did you do that?
MAX: I sneezed.

99: Sometimes, I wish you were just an ordinary buisnessman.
MAX: Well, 99, we are what we are. I'm a secret agent, trained to be cold, vicious, and savage. Not enough to be a buisnessman.

99: Oh, Max, how terrible.
MAX: He deserved it, 99. He was a Kaos killer.
99: Sometimes I wonder if we're any better, Max.
MAX: What are you talking about, 99? We have to shoot and kill and destroy. We represent everything that's wholesome and good in the world.

99: Oh Max, you're so brave. You're going to get a medal for this.
MAX: There's something more important than medals, 99.
99: What?
MAX: It's after 6:00. I get overtime.

MAX: Listen, 99, did you find out anything about that restaurant that sold me the poison coffee?
99: Yes, Max. It was a Kaos front. They stayed in buisness almost a year just to get the Professor. Then they packed up and disappeared. Terrible, isn't it?
MAX: It certainly is. They had the best prune danish in town.

Max shoots window washer
99: Max, what did you do?!
MAX: Just eliminated a Kaos agent.
99: Well, how could you be sure?
MAX: Because, 99, my eagle eye picked out a few things that the ordinary person might not see. First of all, his sponge was absolutly filthy. Second, he was using horizontal strokes instead of vertical strokes. And finally, he was holding his squeegee with an overlapping lacrosse grip.
99: Besides, it's raining, and window washers don't work in the rain.
MAX: I wasn't finished, 99.99: Sorry, Max.
MAX: Besides, it's raining, and window washers don't work in the rain.
99: Good thinking, Max.

CHIEF: All we know is that they threaten to wipe out the city containing our finest intellectual minds and greatest leaders.
MAX: Well, at least Washington is safe.

CHIEF: 99, I'd like you to help me make out a report on tonight's activities.
99: Right, Chief. Usual procedure?
CHIEF: Naturally. 3 copies of the report.
99: File the master copy and burn the other two?
CHIEF: Of course
99: Chief, I've been meaning to ask you about that. Why do we bother making extra copies when all we do is destroy them?
CHIEF: It's a security procedure, 99.
99: Doesn't that strike you as a little odd?
CHIEF: Well, I used to think so too, but, well, it's all carefully explained in the Control Standard Procedure Handbook
99: Oh. MAy I take a look at that handbook sometime?
CHIEF: No, I'm afraid not, 99
99: Why's that?
CHIEF: We burned it.

CHIEF: Now, did you get all that?
MAX: Not all of it Chief.
CHIEF: What part didn't you get?
MAX: The part after "pay careful attention".

CHIEF: Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
MAX: No, I'm thinking what I'm thinking.

CHIEF: Max, this chain is part of a massice smuggling operation to get the formula TK800 out of the country.
MAX: The TK800?
CHIEF: Right.
MAX: The TK800! Chief, if they ever get the TK800 out of the country, we're in for a lot of trouble.
CHIEF: Uh-huh.
MAX: There's only one thing that bothers me.
CHIEF: What?
MAX: What's the TK800?

MAX: What are you saying, Chief, is now that we know how, all we have to do is find out who, when, and why.
CHIEF: No, forget about where. When we find out who, we'll know where.
MAX: Well, how will how tell us where?... You see all that you've told me is that we know hoe, but we don't know who, when or where, so that tells us that we don't know anything.
CHIEF: What?
MAX: Well, we know tho and that doesn't tell us when, so why should how tell us where?
CHIEF: Max, you're driving me crazy.
MAX: How?
CHIEF: Dont' say that word.
MAX: Why?

MAX: Well, that's it, Chief. I'm off.
CHIEF: All right, Max.
MAX: Oh, one more thing, Chief.
CHIEF: What?
MAX: Where am I off to?

MAX: But I'm telling you, Chief, this is no ordinary kidnap attempt. I happen to have recognized one of those hoods as a Kaos man.
CHIEF: What's the man's name?
MAX: I can't remember.
CHIEF: What was the girl's name?
MAX: I didn't get it.
CHIEF: What about the license number of the girl's car?
MAX: I didn't see.
CHIEF: ow about the license of the other car?
MAX: I didn't notice.
CHIEF: Max, what would you do if you were me and an agent gave you answers like "I can't remember," "I didn't notice," and "I didn't see it"?
MAX: I don't know.

CHIEF: Kaos will have to find a new method of getting money for thei operations.
99: Like what, Chief?
CHIEF: Well, I imagine they'll go back to bank robbery, extortion, and kidnapping.
MAX: Well, it'll be nice to have things back to normal.

MAX: I don't think we should talk out here in the open. I think we should use the Cone of Silence.
CHIEF: Oh, Max, every time we use the Cone of Silence something terrible happens. Can't you just write it out to me on a piece of paper?
MAX: People can read a piece of paper.
CHIEF: I'll burn it afterwards.
MAX: Ashes can be reassembled.
CHIEF: I'll eat the note.
MAX: They can operate on you and get it back.
CHIEF: All right, Max. The Cone of Silence.

CHIEF: I'm sorry to disturb you in the middle of the night, but we're facing a terrible crisis: the possible destruction of the entire world.
MAX: Well, couldn't it have waited until morning?

MAX: When I first came to Control, the Chief had hair.
99: Wehn I came to Sontrol, the Chief was bald.
MAX: That's right, you started 2 weeks after me.
CHIEF: Just don'y get caught, Max. Capture means cetain death.
MAX: Suicide mission, e, Chief? Well, you picked the right man.
CHIEF: I hope so.
MAX: You hope what? That you picked the right man? Or that it's a suicide mission?

and if you read all this you might of figured I'm a fan of Get Smart the Series....
